Documents and Details Required for GST Registration (HUF):

    1. PAN Card of HUF
    2. HUF Affidavit and Deed
    3. Bank Statement/Cancel Cheque of HUF Bank
  2. Identification Documents of Karta
    1. Passport size Photo
    2. PAN Card
    3. Aadhar Card
  3. Address Proof
    1. Electricity Bill showing Customer Account No. (not older than 2 months)
    2. Property tax/ Water tax Bill
    3. Rent Agreement (In case of Rented Property) *
    4. NOC of Landlord (In case of Consented/Residential Rented Property) **
  4. Business Details
    1. Firm Name
    2. Name of Products/Service Offered in the proposed business.
  5. Other Details
    1. Google Map location of business for (Longitude and Latitude)
    2. Mobile Number of Karta

*Note - 1:

Rent Agreement for 11 months or less period:

  • Rent agreement should be on at least 4% or 2% stamp papers of annual Rent + deposits in urban and rural areas of Uttar Pradesh respectively and Notarized.

Rent Agreement for 12 months or more period

  • Rent agreement should be on at least 4% or 2% stamp papers of total Rent + deposits in urban and rural areas of Uttar Pradesh respectively notarized and registered with sub-registrar of tehsil.

**Note - 2:

NOC is allowed only in the case of families or near relatives.

It should be at least Rs. 10/- stamp paper with landlord and applicant photos and Notarized.
