*Note - 1:
Rent Agreement for 11 months or less period:
- Rent agreement should be on at least 4% or 2% stamp papers of annual Rent + deposits in urban and rural areas of Uttar Pradesh respectively and Notarized.
Rent Agreement for 12 months or more period
- Rent agreement should be on at least 4% or 2% stamp papers of total Rent + deposits in urban and rural areas of Uttar Pradesh respectively notarized and registered with sub-registrar of tehsil.
**Note - 2:
NOC is allowed only in the case of families or near relatives.
It should be at least Rs. 10/- stamp paper with landlord and applicant photos and Notarized.
